| | | Job Description: | | - To prepare business strategies for asset products based on research and analysis of growth trends
- Planning and Development of new Products, their testing, marketing, training and launching
- To assist Head Product Development in developing product manuals of Asset products.
- To maintain liaison with sales team and clients for gaining deeper insights & understanding.
- To enable business to maintain portfolio quality through data analysis and both internal and external feedback.
- To prepare and execute region-specific marketing plans for lending products, as and when required.
- To identify target segments, selling strategies, and market positioning.
- Monitor industry and competitors' trends & evaluate KMBL's Lending products based on industry and competitor analysis.
- To liaison with research team to get feedback from the market to develop/improve product specifications and monitor post launch progress of lending product.
- Assist Product Development function to present new product ideas and features to the KMBL management as to get their suggestions incorporate them to be along side of market competition.
- To monitor products developed and tweak productsif necessary
