Responsibilities:
Job Summary: The jobholder as a sales executive reports to VP of Sales. The jobholder executes the new business sales process at Ness by creating relationships and Managing the sales process for Ness service offerings. S/he identifies opportunities through telemarketing, trade shows, seminars, advisory board leads, partner alliances and networking channels.
The incumbent is responsible for clarifying expectations of potential clients thoroughly to the internalteams with the help of the solutions group. The jobholder is involved in all aspects of managing the sales cycle and facilitating client interactions with the appropriate Ness solutions, sourcing and delivery teams. The jobholder also works with the business development team to update CRM tracking tools like Sales force, Fine tune proposals & presentation and other materials as needed to establish a relationship and complete a sale.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To bring in new business by working closely with marketing and other functions
- To handle different activities in the sales cycle that include client meetings, presentations and
- solution selling.
- To prepare forecasts and reports as and when required by the manager.
- To build and expand business relationships by involving in seminars, tradeshows,networking channels.
- To update the sales CRM systems to track all opportunities through the life cycle.

- Result oriented, self-driven
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and timeframes
Interpersonal Skills:
- Proven ability to gain cooperation of others
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced degree is an advantage
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience
- Previous employment in IT services and solutions companies is preferred
