Mafhum-e-Hadith: Agar main kisi ko sazdey ka hukm deta to Aurato ko hukm deta ki apney shoharo (husbands) ko sazda karey

Qays bin saad Radi Allahu Anhu se rivayat hai ki main hira mein aaya to mainey dekha ki yahan ke log apney sardar ko(tazim ke taur par) sazda kartey hain, mainey apney dil mein kaha ki is baat ke liye to Rasoollallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam zyada haqdar hain ki Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ko (tazim ke taur par) sazda kiya jaye, phir jab mein Rasoollallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke pass aaya to mainey kaha ki main heera gaya tha to mainey wahan ke logo ko dekha wo log apney sardar ko sazda kartey hain aur aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam inqey muqabley mein is baat ke zyada haqdar hain ki hum aapko sazda karey , to Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya ki kya tu jab meri Qabr par aayega to mujhe sazda karega ? mainey kaha ki nahi , to Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya (to ab bhi ) aisa ( Sazda-e-tazimi) na karo , agar main kisi ko sazdey ka hukm deta to Aurato ko hukm deta ki apney shoharo (husbands) ko sazda karey us haq ki ahmiyat par jo Allah ne un par muqarrar kiya hai 

Sunan Abu Dawud, Vol 2, 373-Sahih

Note: is hadith se ye sabit hota hai ki Allah ke siwa kisi aur ko sazda karna jayaz nahi , yahan tak ki sazda-e-tazimi ke liye bhi mana kiya gaya hai

Narrated Qays ibn Sa'd Radi Allahu Anhu I went to al-Hirah and saw them (the people) prostrating themselves before a satrap of theirs, so I said: The Messenger of Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam has most right to have prostration made before him. When I came to the Prophet (), I said: I went to al-Hirah and saw them prostrating themselves before a satrap of theirs, but you have most right,Messenger of Allah, to have (people) prostrating themselves before you. He said: Tell me , if you were to pass my grave, would you prostrate yourself before it? I said: No. He Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam then said: Do not do so (even now) . If I were to command anyone to make prostration before another I would command women to prostrate themselves before their husbands, because of the special right over them given to husbands by Allah.
