83. And they ask you about Dhul-Qarnain. Say: "I shall recite to you something of his story."
"Indeed Allâh has appointed Talût (Saul) as a king over you."I know your nature: you will only keep on harping your tune and will never listen to any sensible logic: So I do not have spare time to argue for nothing. Please spare me. thanksHere is translation of an ayat:
Al-Baqarah:
216. Jihâd (holy fighting in Allâh's Cause) is ordained for you (Muslims) though you dislike it, and it may be that you dislike a thing which is good for you and that you like a thing which is bad for you. Allâh knows but you do not know.
There is no mention of any Progeny or any particular group except He must be a Muslim and must fight for the Glory of Islam that is for the imposition of of shearh Islamia as brought by the Messenger pbuhOn Thu, May 30, 2013 at 1:20 PM, zaheerhusain khan <zaheerhusainkhan@yahoo.com> wrote:
BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN ISLAM ASSALAAM ALAIKUM THERE IS NO KINGSHIP IN ISLAM .There have been some exceptions like King Hazrat Sulaimaan Alaihissalam who was a Nabi as well as a king but after the Khatim un Nabeeyeen , there was an end of kingship . Muloukiyat has nothing to do with Islam . Nabi (saaws) in his life time never waged a single war to annex territory or expand any area of influence All of his ghazwas were defensive or preventive in nature and never ever for expansion or annexation.Invassive attack and initiation of war is unknown in Islam , nor allowed or justifiedThere are very strict rules to be followed in all Islamic wars and therefore it is impossible to follow it without a practical presence of the Rasool (s) or his authorised representative. Therefore after Aanhazrat's (s) demise there have not been any Islamic war .Any war waged by any , without any participation of the Prophet or any of his progeny is simply a war for mulukiyat . Any one dead in it is no martyr or survivor victor a ghazi .This should be very clear in the minds of the muslims . Muslim countries have the right to defend themselves , nothing more no expansion no annexation .All these attacks , invasions and victories by the so called muslims kings were no Islamic achievements in any sense of the terms. Fatoohat , expansions and annexions were all personal achievements , nothing to do with Islam , neither these can be considered in any terms as islamic achievements .It can also be seen that almost in all the cases, the victor kings and rulers were there any pious Allah fearing practicing muslims of real Zohd wa Taqwah. Some eulogies if any are only stage managed and written by payed historians .Their haram mostly far exceeded the Sharie limit and many married non muslims without their spouses being accepted true faith . Such allainces are not sanctioned in Shariyah as legitimate , more so a serious sin if the king and queen are practicing their original faiths which may sound very ideal and very secular and democratic but hardly any Islamic . .So Ghaori, Ghaznavi , Babar , Akbar or Aurangzeb in the context of India were all individual ambitious kings , mostly hardly any one practicing real Islam and their achievements personal, not Islamic on which to be proud about . These are my personal observations but the general view may differ .Zaheer Husain Khan
