The Sword of Honour winner

The Sword of Honour was presented to Senior Under Officer Peter Gornall. Peter, 23, is from Fleet, Hants and went to Court Manor school and Farnborough 6th Form College. He studied Law at Oxford where he was also President of the Christ Church Boat Club and Head of the River winner in 2011. He received a TA commission in 2010 and was a platoon commander in Oxford UOTC. He is commissioning into the King's Royal Hussars.

The Overseas Sword winner

The Overseas Sword was awarded to Cadet Corporal Asad Mushtaq from Pakistan. Asad, 22, was born in Abbottabad.  He attended the Pakistan National University of Science and Technology and then the Pakistan Military Academy, where he was a Cadet Corporal. Whilst at Sandhurst, Asad was in the Academy cricket team and took part in cycling, orienteering swimming and polo. He is to join the 57th Cavalry, his father's regiment.

The Queen's Medal winner

The Queen's Medal, awarded to the officer cadet who gains the highest score in military, practical and academic subjects, was presented to Officer Cadet James Ramsay. James, aged 23, went to Winchester College and then Durham University, where he obtained a BSc (First Class Hons) in Ecology, Evolution and Behaviour.
