Job Description For a Business Associate

Business Associates at Health Care Futures have undergraduate degrees from top national institutions. They are active members of the Health Care Futures team at every phase in consulting engagements. Applicants for the Business Associate position must exhibit evidence of exceptional analytical ability, good communication skills, leadership, initiative, motivation, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to travel. They are expected to be or to become computer geniuses, particularly with spreadsheet applications. Knowledge of finance or accounting is helpful, but not required; a fear of finance or accounting is not acceptable. Responsibilities of Business Associates are similar to those of Consultant: They can expect to spend time on-site with our team and client senior management, assisting with document preparation and meeting conduct, participating in client interviews, and performing analyses.

Career progression typically occurs when our Business Associates return to school for graduate-level education, and, when applicable, are invited to return to Health Care Futures in a Consultant role.
