Job Description: 8yrs experience required.
Our client is going to implementing a new HR system (currently they use ADP). They have not selected a vendor but are looking Oracle, Workday and a couple of others. They will have the vendor selected by mid-June and want this person to start ASAP.
This person will be implementing the new system from start to finish and will be working very closely with the selected vendor. The selected candidate doesn't necessarily need to have the specific vendor (Oracle/Peoplesoft/SAP) experience, but they need to have lead a complete implementation of an HRIS platform.
This includes: Payroll, employee record management, application tracking / recruiting, time and attendance, benefits administration, performance appraisal, scheduling, absence management, etc. Since this is a migration project, the selected candidate also need to have conversion experience including data mapping.
Required:
PMP Certification-This does not have to be a requirement for the role.
Experience with full HR System Implementation and aforementioned modules of the HR System
HCM (Human Capital Management) experience
