Knowledge workers are the main source of achieving competitive advantage by utilizing the knowledge asset resided in them. Organizations and employers are well aware of this fact; even then they hesitate to invest in employees to transform them into knowledge workers. They question the loyalty of the knowledge workers; they are uncertain whether the knowledge worker will return the value to the organization or not. There are high chances that they will switch to another organization; most probably the competitor one and the investment on the employee will go in vain.
Suggest any one method which can ensure knowledge workers' loyalty with the organization and which can be applied by the employers.
