Dear All,
Today morning Saudi Ministry of Health had informed the outbreak of a highly contagious, dangerous virus in Saudi Arabia. This virus is called :Corona Virus. As per the information received from Ministry of Health the new virus can cause high fever, body aches, severe throat pain, and continuous cough and vomiting. The Ministry of Health recommends all personnel to abide by the following health guide lines:
1. Wash your hands well and continually with water and soap especially after coughing or sneezing.
2. Use tissues when coughing or sneezing and cover your mouth and nose. it's preferred to cough or sneeze on the Top of the arm, not the hands.
3. Try as much as possible to avoid touching the eyes, nose and mouth by hand, because it can transmit the virus after touching surfaces contaminated with the virus.
In closing, I want to inform that Good personal hygiene is one of the most effective ways to protect ourselves, and others, from illness. This means washing your hands, but also your body. See the Doctor immediately if there is any symptoms mentioned above.
