This has  been  observed that various  heads  of  political  parties  have  heavily  bribed anchors  of  private  tv  anchors.
For  instance two  or  three famous  Islamabad  based  journalist live  in  government-owned  houses. These  journalits  are  not  entitle  to live  in Governmenft  houses, parliamentry  lodges  or Government  Hostel. This is  violative of  governmenft rules and violation  of  Election  Commission's regulations.
Similarly land-mafias  have heavily  bribed tv  anchors  in  favour  of main  political  parties by conceding housing  plots to TV  Anchors  and  leading  Columnists.
For  instance  two or three anchors have  built poses  houses  over  land 'gifted'  to  them  by "land-Grabbers'  in  favour  of their choicest  political  parties.
PTV ,a  state-run  organised body  has  bribed  two journalists. Both  editors  of newspapers.

Three  private  TV channels'  anchors  have  been gifted BMW  7  series  cars  and Mercedez Benz  cars.Names  and documentry evidence  can  be furnished  in  any  court  of  law.
Assets  of  private  TV Channels  must be  subjected  to Election  Commission's scrutiny.
One  of  the  Editors  gets  Rs.500,000  per  month and  Rs.60,000 for 'Sharab  Kharcha".This Lahore-based  Editor was  personally given  this  concession  for  Federal Minister  for  Information  and Broadcasting Qamaruz Zaman Kaira in  violation  of  PTV  Rules.
Managing  Director of  PTV  Yousaf  Baig  Mirza  has bribed  many journalists  and  media houses. It  may  be  recalled he  was  earlier  sached from  PTV on 'corruption  charges' during  Mir  Zafarullah  Khan Jamali's  tenure.
If  the anti-corruption  laws  are  applicable  on politicians, generals, judges these  laws  must  by  applicable on  the  owners  of media houses,anchors-journalists and district officials.

Declaration implemented: Court orders Qadri, govt to withdraw cases against each other

ISLAMABAD: The withdrawal process of cases between the government and Tahirul Qadri's Minhajul Quran International (MQI) was kickstarted on Tuesday, when Kohsar police submitted a copy of Qadri's sit-in ending declaration in a sessions court. As a result, the court ordered the dismissal of both the police's case against MQI and the MQI's application for an FIR against them.

The police  made the move in order to defend their decision not to register an FIR following a complaint by the MQI against Interior Minister Rehman Malik and other police officials for "attempting to kidnap Dr Qadri" during his sit-in.

The court said that if the police were following the agreement reached after last week's sit-in, they would have to end the case they registered against the MQI chief and his associates over the same incident in Kohsar police station as well.

The fifth and final point of the declaration signed between the government and Dr Tahirul Qadri last week stipulated that both parties withdraw their cases against each other.

MQI representative Abrar Raza said that they were willing to withdraw their application for FIR registration if the police also withdrew their case.

"A decision in this regard will be made on Wednesday," said MQI representative Advocate Abrar Raza.

A senior police officer, however, insisted that the case against the MQI chief had not been withdrawn. "There is no way a registered case can be withdrawn. It will stay," he said.

MQI representative Raza, however, said it would be over following the court order on Wednesday.
