Job Description

The primary role for this individual will be to serve as a dedicated resource on project activities.

In this role, the Developer will responsible for enhancing an existing mobile user interface related to our customized Learning Management System.

Major Job Responsibilities:

· Analyze, design and code using jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.

· Work on moderately complex development assignments without much guidance; Produce and review technical documentation and code.

· Interact and communicate within a cross functional software development team.

Essential Qualifications:

• The individual must be detailed-oriented and possess strong technical skills, effective interpersonal skills and advanced problem solving ability.
• Expertise with jQuery-based and JavaScript web development
• Expertise with CSS
• Expertise with building mobile web applications.
• Experience with HTML5.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are required..
• Must be a self-starter who uses good judgment and initiative to undertake activities with minimal supervision. Ability to work alone or within a team environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience using source control such as Subversion

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience with JavaScript testing frameworks, Object Oriented JavaScript, and Unobtrusive JavaScript techniques.
