Hadith: Haya ( sharam) bhi Imaan ki ek shaakh hai { Haya is a Part of Faith.}

Urdu Translation:

Abu Hurairah radi allahu anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasoollallah Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam ne farmaya Imaan ki 60 se kuch upar shaakhain hain aur Haya ( sharam) bhi Imaan ki ek shaakh hai
{Sahih Bukhari, Vol1, 9}

English Translation:

Narrated Abu Huraira Radi Allahu Anhu The Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said, "Faith (Belief) consists of more than sixty branches (i.e. parts). And Haya (This term "Haya" covers a large number of concepts which are to be taken together; amongst them are self respect, modesty, bashfulness, and scruple, etc.) is a part of faith."
{Sahih Bukhari, Volume 1, Book 2, Number 9}
