Please advise the status.

Another file of 31 remittance receipts is attached for your inforamation if my previous documets are not suitable for issuance of FERC.

Please note the following:

 

1.     The remittance has been made during the period of February 2011 to June 2012.

2.     All remittance receipt copies and originals (31Nos) were presented to the signing authority of Embassy of Pakistan, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

3.     The remittance book, remittance receipts and application was verified and signed by the official in the Embassy of Pakistan, Riyadh Saudi Arabia on 29-11-2012.

4.     A soft copy was emailed your office on December 18, 2012 in order prepare the card and on receipt of original documents the card will be dispatched

5.      The hard copies of the documents were sent by registered mail that you received on         January 18, 2013.

6.     As you know that it is a hard procedure to get the documents signed from the embassy as we are working more than 16 hours daily and to complete the remittance documents and getting attested is also a difficult practice.

7.     You found the remittance two pages with the entry of amounts. It is very clear showing on the page No. 1 that the remittance detail belongs to 2007-2008 (I already have received the card against this entry)

8.     Remittance detail on page 2 is matching with the amount mentioned in the application page 2. Also the signature could be matched to make the remittance card.

9.     We are trying our best to serve the nation and in return a small favor made was asked and your office has made it a big issue.

10.  As OPF staff is sitting in air conditioned rooms and they cannot imagine the situation of overseas Pakistanis who are working in cold and hot weather sometimes + 50. Also overseas Pakistani are contributing all the expenses of OPF and they deserve for facilities.

11.  The name and  title of replier should be at the end of email so we will know reply to hi directly.

12.  I am sending the copy of remittance book with the page No. that is having the remittance detail for 2011-2012.

 

So let me know:

 

1.     Do you need to send you all copies of 31 remittance receipts?

2.     Do you want to write down each and every date, amount on the remittance book?

 

An early response is awaited.

Your application form for issuance of FERC  has been received today (18^th Jan.2013) in this office. It has been observed from the available documents that remittance is invalid for issuance of FERC. Please  provide the valid remittance record for the period of last one year i.e. Jan. 2012 to Jan. 2013.In accordance with the prevailing FERC rules remittance receipts issued by the bank/ Exchange Company are required for issuance of FERC. Card will be issued on receipt of requisite documents.
