THE TIME MANAGEMENT MADE EASY

As an engineer on the NASA team which put the first man on the moon, Peter Turla developed and successfully applied his time-management strategies to meet deadlines, handle changing priorities, overcome stress and reduce paperwork, time spent on the phone, and interruptions. As sales and marketing director of a major electronics company, Mr. Turla saw that time-management skills were necessary for people who had to structure their time and be self-motivated. He used the same techniques when he founded the National Management Institute, based in Texas.

Kathleen Hawkins is a specialist in reading education and has taught thousands of people the secrets of speed reading. She is also associated with the National Management Institute. With Peter Turla she writes a monthly column about time management in Success magazine.
