حدثنا هشام بن عمار حدثنا إسمعيل بن عياش حدثني عتبة بن حميد الضبي عن يحيی بن أبي إسحق الهناي قال سألت أنس بن مالک الرجل منا يقرض أخاه المال فيهدي له قال قال رسول الله صلی الله عليه وسلم إذا أقرض أحدکم قرضا فأهدی له أو حمله علی الدابة فلا يرکبها ولا يقبله إلا أن يکون جری بينه وبينه قبل ذلک

سنن ابن ماجہ:جلد دوم:حدیث نمبر 590    حدیث مرفوع  مکررات 3 

 ہشام بن عمار، اسماعیل بن عیاش، عتبہ بن حمید، یحییٰ بن ابی اسحاق، انس بن مالک حضرت یحییٰ بن ابی اسحاق ہنائی کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے حضرت انس بن مالک سے پوچھا کہ ہم میں سے ایک مرد اپنے بھائی کو قرض دیتا ہے پھر وہ اسے ہدیہ دیتا ہے۔ فرمایا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا جب تم میں سے کوئی قرضہ دے پھر وہ اسے ہدیہ دے یا جانور پر سوار کرے تو وہ سوار نہ ہو اور ہدیہ قبول نہ کرے الا یہ کہ ان دونوں کے درمیان قرض سے قبل بھی ایسا معاملہ رہا ہو۔

It was narrated that Yahya bin Abu Ishaq Al-Huna'i said: "I asked Anas bin Malik: 'What if a man gives his brother a loan, then (the borrower) gives him a gift?' The Messenger of Allah said: 'If anyone of you borrows something then he gives (the lender) a gift or gives him a ride on his riding-beast, he should not accept the gift or the ride, unless they used to treat each other in that manner beforehand.'''

Sanan ibne Maja, jild 2, Hadith 590

حدثنا سليمان بن حرب حدثنا شعبة عن سعيد بن أبي بردة عن أبيه أتيت المدينة فلقيت عبد الله بن سلام رضي الله عنه فقال ألا تجيئ فأطعمک سويقا وتمرا وتدخل في بيت ثم قال إنک بأرض الربا بها فاش إذا کان لک علی رجل حق فأهدی إليک حمل تبن أو حمل شعير أو حمل قت فلا تأخذه فإنه ربا ولم يذکر النضر وأبو داود ووهب عن شعبة البيت

 سلیمان بن حرب شعبہ سعید بن ابوبردہ اپنے والد سے روایت کرتے ہیں وہ فرماتے ہیں کہ میں مدینہ آیا۔ تو عبداللہ بن سلام رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے ملاقات ہوئی انہوں نے کہا تم (ہمارے یہاں) کیوں نہیں آتے کہ ہم تمہیں ستو اور کھجوریں کھلائیں اور تم ایک باعزت گھر میں داخل ہو جاؤ پھر فرمایا کہ تم ایسی جگہ رہتے ہو جہاں سود کا رواج بہت ہے لہذا اگر کسی پر تمہارا کچھ قرض ہو اور وہ تمہیں گھاس جو یا چارہ جیسی حقیر چیز کا ہدیہ تحفہ بھیجے تو اسے نہ لینا کیونکہ یہ بھی سود ہے نضر ابوداؤد اور وہب نے شعبہ سے لفظ البیت بیان نہیں کیا۔

Narrated Abu Burda: 

When I came to Medina. I met Abdullah bin Salam. He said, "Will you come to me so that I may serve you with Sawiq (i.e. powdered barley) and dates, and let you enter a (blessed) house that in which the Prophet entered?" Then he added, "You are In a country where the practice of Riba (i.e. usury) is prevalent; so if somebody owe you something and he sends you a present of a load of chopped straw or a load of barley or a load of provender then do not take it, as it is Riba."

Sahih Bukhari, jild 2, Hadith 1019
