Hazrat Abu Hurairah Radi Allahu Anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasoollallah Sallallhu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya jisey bagair saboot ke koi fatwa diya jaye uska Gunah us par hoga jisney usko fatwa diya 

{Sunan Ibn Majah, Vol 1 , # 53}

Narrated Abu Hurairah Radi Allahu Anhu "The Messenger of ALLAH Peace be upon him said: 'Whoever is given a Fatwa (verdict) that has no basis, then his sin will be upon the one who issued that Fatwa.
